Carrot juice without a juicer

  • In the case of juice, you need to press all ingredients. Ifyou are using, then you don’t need to juice your oranges. However, you need topeel and quarter them.
  • If you have a blender, add fresh orange juice to a high-speedblender and half carrots. Make sure to blend them well. After that, add theremaining carrots and ginger and blend them until you get a smooth texture. Inorder to get a perfect consistency, you can add water.
    Note- Using a high-speed blender, all ingredients can be putin the jar at once; however, half at a time works in the case of the medium.
  • It would help if you had a thin kitchen towel and a big finemesh strainer fitted over a large mixing bowl. You have to gather the cornersof the towel and squeeze the juice as best as possible. Later on, you can usethe discarded pulp in baking.


If you are in a hurry, you can use any fine quality juice instead of juicing your own; however, I would recommend fresh orange juice. It will provide you prime nutrients and flavor.
I prefer to use organic carrots in the recipe because you don’t have to peel them.
If you prefer using the strainer method, then you can reserve towels for such kinds of uses. You can even use a nut milk bag if you don’t want to use a towel.
